InfoTrust is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to help manage the daily contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, primarily supporting the Sales team. The coordinator will work closely with the Contracts Specialist, enabling them to concentrate on strategic initiatives like CLM management, policy development, and compliance.

Drive retention, expansion, and executive engagement across a defined book of business. Responsible for reducing churn, identifying and closing expansion opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders to ensure long-term customer success. Blend proactive risk management with a consultative sales approach, serving as a trusted advisor contributing to revenue growth and strategic account health.

As a Merchant Risk Analyst, you will assess financial risk related to credit, fraud and identity associated with the merchants and coordinate with cross-functional partners to assess non-financial risk – brand, reputational, legal and compliance risk.

As Chief of Staff to our CEO, you will own and execute on cross-functional high-impact projects, support key people and culture projects, and work with various stakeholders and be a trusted partner to the CEO and the leadership team.

Elevate compliance capabilities and innovate how risk is detected and responded to. This role needs a fast, automation-minded leader who understands alert logic, data signals, risk tuning, and tooling. You’ll oversee the end-to-end monitoring lifecycle, leading a remote team while ensuring AML controls scale alongside growth. You’ll be a key player in evolving monitoring infrastructure from manual review to automated logic and risk-based prioritization.

We are looking for an experienced accounting professional to manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance under accrual accounting principles. The role involves ensuring accuracy in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online) and Xero, supporting month-end and year-end closings, and collaborating with management to enhance compliance and reporting efficiency.

To proactively promote a virtual/remote relationship-based offering by being a dedicated and primary point of contact for clients in the Prestige/Executive Banking segment (and Private Banking where required), through the provision of banking solutions which meet their needs and in accordance with the specified value propositions.
